Following complaints from citizens about rude behavior and deficient services of autorickshaw drivers, the Pune city autorickshaw federation has initiated a campaign, asking the auto rickshaw drivers to be polite and provide satisfactory service to the people. The federation has come out with a code of conduct of sorts for the auto rickshaw drivers in which a 17-point programme has been charted for improving the auto rickshaw service. The federation will distribute over 10,000 pamphlets among rickshaw drivers, said Baba Shinde, the president of the federation, and Pradeep Bhalerao, the general secretary Source: The Times of India
